I soaked the rods in wd40 and pb blaster and moved it as far as it could with no luck. The thing with the connectors is that only two unplug, there’s some that is physically part of the motor, it sounds confusing but I’ll try and get more pics of it.The t bird and mustang seat tracks don't swap... or should I say, the turbo coupe power seat tracks wouldn't fit my 88 fox. I also had to tap holes in the seat pan for the seats to fit the fox tracks.
Looks like you could just unplug the wire connectors to remove the seat from the track. The seat track itself must be dirty or rusty around the screw mechanism the moves the seat forward and backwards. You can soak it down with pb blaster or wd40. If the seat will move a little you should be able to move it back and forth enough to get to the screws after lubricating.
