96 - 98 pulleys on an 02?

I have a set of aftermarket pulleys that were never installed from a 98GT. They are billett aluminum w/out any casting numbers other than "MAS 177" on the accessory, MAS 175 on the water pump, and MAS 176 on the crank pulley. Who ever made them used a hand held tool to initial them.

Anybody know who made these and if they'll fit my 02?

The crank and water pump use the same mounts, so yes, they will fit. It will take a different belt than what the 98 calls for.

thanks squeak! I did read on the March part list that 01 - 04 has a damper on the crank pulley?

I have a 03 explorer pi motor, 98 front cover with the 03 water pump pulley and crank pulley. It did look a bit differnt than the 98 motor crank pulley but it should not matter as they are internally ballanced.

I am not 100% sure though which is why I used the one from the 03 not my old 98 one.

So I've determined that this is a BBK #1550 set for 96+ models. The differences are only on the stock water pump pulley. Design seems a bit funky putting the BBK crank pulley inside the stock damper...

Anybody have a installation tips to share?
