Check the wiring, you would not be the first person to get the wires mixed up. What year is the car? Around 91 the wire colors can be different from what the instructions show
I have a 97 explorer block in an 85 190e mercedes. I had the wires wrong once before after a rewire and ecu relocation and have since fixed them. They were wrong it wouldn't boot up no ecu signal no start. I just checked via power probe and have 5v reference and ground. The return wire had a flicker of power
Took the intake apart and tested the map writing all plugged in, the return wire green had 3.4-3 6V whole time even when I blew into it. Thought it would change more basically was 3.5 the whole time 20 sum psi? Doesnt sound right. Think it's the sensor I'd like to bench test it
Replaced the MAP it now reads high 90.s with the engine off. My fuel maps are so out of wack it wont start. I am attaching a short data log I took while trying to start.
Never mind i found it, 100% stock explorer engine???.... I usually charge $75 for a base tune but i will let you have this one. This was from a car with a similar combo I did have to scale the injector size.
