98 GT stock springs NJ

I ordered Eibach springs in December 98. These were only on the car for about 1,000 miles and have been sitting in a box in the garage. $40 OBO.

Are these stiffer than the 99-04 springs? Are rears the same height?

How much is UPS Ground to 78040, TX?
