99-up headers

what are a good short tube header for 99 up? and how much to get them installed?

Why aste your time and money on shorties? You see next to no gains from them. Sounds like a waste of money to me.

Anything but MAC whatever you do.

From what I've been told JBA's are to only shorties that make good power. But for the price of install you might as well get LT's. They make more power than shorties. I'm still trying to decide myself as I don't want to buy another mid pipe.

the reason I want to get them is my stock headers are rusted, I just want a replacement, it will maybe give me a little bit of power, and also I have an X pipe on, so I don't want to buy a new one

the JBAs are the best ones out there for shorties. they are also CARB EOd, so you would be safe on that part. they are what i plan on using when i do my headswap.

Are the Ford Racing Shorties street legal too?

not sure. never got a straight answer from ford on that. i also havent looked them up.

I'm pretty sure the ford racing headers are street legal, anyone know how much for an install?

I like mine not a whole lot of power but it completed my exhaust setup
