A/C blows through defrost???

I turned on the A/C. Cold air is now coming through the defrost vents...it will not route through the regular vents...What the hell happened now?

sounds like a loss of vacuum

Heres my famous a/c vacum line pics. The one blackvert is talking about is the small line that goes across the firewall pictured here...

Yep, definately that vaccuum line.

Yeah mine broke right at the tree. Wrapped it in electrical tape and I had A/C again

Yeah, my a/c did that after my h/c/i swap, and I just unplugged the vacuum line along the firewall...and it fixed it!
