A ground is a ground right?

Ok, so I have to ground two amps, question is; I can ground both from the ground side of this distribution block correct? This is instead of grounding each amp individually. (yeah yeah I know its for a boat)

Yes, you could, but make sure you use the same guage cable for ground as you do for power... it looks like the terminals on your box won't support very heavy guage wire, tho. IMO

True, one amp uses 4ga and the other 8ga ground wires.

what guage you running from the batt to the blcok?

On this block I'm running 8ga. This block will power things like LED lights and other low power accessories.
I have another distribution block in the engine compartment that will run the power to the subs, 1 4ga and 1 8ga.
