I’ve noticed hairline cracks in the paint at the top of the A pillars. The floors have been poorly patched by someone before. Is this problem related to the floor patch job? What’s the best solution for repair and prevention?

This is typical on most mustangs ,it is where the roof meets the windshield pillar . It is not the metal though ,it is the lead filler over the joint . The best fix is to remove the lead and weld a piece of filler metal over the joint and grind smooth .

Ok thanks, that is a little comforting that’s the lead filler.
