This has been a question being posed by a lot of '03 owners - if it goes down below 20k, there will be a lot of pi$$ed off '03 and '04 cobra owners. I would hazard a guess that if the next ('06) cobra comes with a blower, then you might see the '03s go resale down quickly.
ya if you do go to a dealer a year from now you can get away with saying stuff like well i dont know about that color and I think that engine has been run hard can you hear the blower making noises"
then they will think who ever the hell traded it in drove it hard and they should knock off some dollars. find a dealer who dosent know shi+ about ford My freind just purchased an 03 svt for about 25k so I know this works.
in my area ford calls back customers to upgrade their cars to newer models most people trade them in for trucks or cars with lower insurance. last month I saw over 7 , 2001 cobra's on the lot.
I also am awaiting the arrival of the '06 to drive down the '03 prices- I assumed everyone would be thinking this same thought- but I recently read a Ford Review Report that claimed sales actually have increased on the leftover '03 and new '04 models, despite the launch of the '05 in the fall
