Anyone got any recommendations on aftermarket headlights? My cobra's headlights are pretty smoky and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on replacements?

Pics are always good, was just checking out Americanmuscle.com and was wondering what people think of the Halo's and Projectors, Halo's always seemed BMW & Mercedes ISH to me, but maybe that's just me

So lets see some pics!

Yeah man you should get some. I have them and they look mean as a mother chucker. i have the ones with the black insides with the two stripes of silver down the sides, and no tint on the cover. You just have to wire them to your running lights/side markers. They look Nice in the dark too. Just keep them clean boots and all. and replace the LEDs every year and a half. I have HID's in mine, Its not recommended but you can see me a mile away and lights up everything on the road.

ill upload a pic in a few.

i have a few others let me know if you want to see them.

IMO halos and projectors are kinda ricy and rarely look even halfway decent..

I like the regular smoked or clear ones

What year is it? Had the Halo's, now have the smoked. The halo's were fine, but filled with water even after they were sealed. Got the smoked from american muscle and no issues at all. I sealed them again just to be safe and now have HID's in them because they are dark enough that regular bulbs are worthless.

Heres my all clear ones. Not sure where, or if you can buy them anymore. I dont see them on americanmuscle, so not sure if anyone sells them since their not legal.

If anyone knows where I can pick up a set, I'd like to know just in case.

You can get those over at Mrbodykit.com Both the chrome and black housing with clear corners. You can also get just the chrome housing with clear at cruizinconcepts.

why not just spend a few hours and restore your stockers? All it takes is a headlight restore kit with the super fine sand paper and a mothers mini power ball and some meguires plastix polish. Did mine in about a hour per side and they turned out great.

Those are mine, even the fog lights are bad

But I have to admit the Halo's look a lot better then I thought they would

Thou I think I am leaning more towards the smoked ones, just not sure how its gonna look with the screamin yellow

Good pics by the way guys Nice cars too

i need to get new headlights. i dont have the fogging issue but the glue inside the headlight has dripped down the inside of the enclosure! i blame this on the N.C. heat. I cant take it apart without a decent mess because it is sealed everywhere with clear epoxy (my own demise)

I have some aftermarket headlights that some called rice. I like 'em.

Here it is next to an 03 V6 I used to have. This is also before I threw the tint pieces on the sides.

Differences at night with regulars and brights. The aftermarket ones were WAY WAY WAY better at night than the stockers.
