I would get an alignment. My car has tracked straight as an arrow before with the toe so far out that it was easily visible when looking at the front of the car.
Usually installing springs will only add more negative camber to the front tires. The car will not pull, but the insides of the tires may wear more. I haven't had mine aligned since my FRPP springs, but I don't drive the car a lot so I figured I will wait until I add new struts.
