After two years, we're almost there.

347", AOD, 4 wheel discs, TCP pwr r&P, Flex Form rear springs, 8" w/ 3.55s and True Trac. color is Viper Pearlescent Blue with Viper Silver metalic. Vehicle wa media blasted and brougt back up. The beginning of this build has been posted on this forum

Had a problem withour FG hood warping, so made one out of steel

For a cconsole, we made a short unit that includes AC vents, radio and cup holder, also provides for switches (Watson's streetworks) for the trunk, door locks and pwr windows. the frame is out of aluminum and upholsteredthe unit in charcoal to go with our interior.

We are still working the interior. The seats are from Cerullo and have been upholstered in a dark charcoal vinyl with cloth inserts. The vinyl material on the console is the same material as on the seats. For the interior color, instead of the normal black, we used the 1968 charcoal iridite paint. The boot for the shifter is not installed yet. Once we get the interior together we will be posting more pics

Man, that looks great. I'm interested in your impression of the TCP r&p and flex form rear springs after you've driven the car for a while.

Looks like a fantastic build!

As we have only put about 2-3 miles on it to shake out bugs, a little early but we like it so far. We have some bind in the steering, so hve to go back and look at the ujoint phasing, that should solve that problem. As for the FF rear springs, we like the ride so far. They are 225lb rate, firm but ok. We are running Bilstein shocks which are pretty firm. In hind sight, should have gotten the springs with a mid-eye to lower the vehicle a little more in the rear. We will probably be droping the rear about 1" before we are done

Very, very nice work! Like others, wanna see more pics of the interior you are working on. The console looks very different from anything I've seen done.
