Of course not, There were at least 7 Stangs there. I guess no one here had the money time or car fast enough to take on the vipers and vettes too bad but fear not the Stangs that were there handled themselves accordingly. laid the smack down.
Moved :Alternative motoring event Were you there? I saw at least 5 Mustangs there besides mine, 1 GT and 4 Cobra SVTs. All but one of the Mustangs were fast, low 12's and mid 11's, dollar for dollar in the 1320 the Mustangs kicks some tail. Although the event was a little pricey it was well worth it. There is nothing like having a great atmosphere while laying the smack down on some very High dollar sleds. My 89GT ran 11.8 at 114. 60ft 1.6 it truely was a good event.
The south lane was pretty slick starting off and a Viper lost it , destroyed its left rear quarter panel after spinning out of control right off the line. Other than that guy and the guy that picked up his Vette from the tranny shop only to have it break on the first pass, oh and the Sti the broke unknown reason. everyone looked as if they had a great time.
