Well, the local Autozone has K&N FIPK intakes for sale at $160. So, I've been considering picking one up but I wanted to hear from other people on this board. Is this a pretty good intake? Keep in mind, this is for a 2000 GT and the owner is 19 years old and not extremely adept at vehicle maintenance.
I was also looking at a Densecharger intake system, but it looks a little high-maintenance and sort of low in quality. (I saw several comments about how you can make your own using supplies from Home Depot?) Anyway, if anyone has experience with the power gains of any of these systems or any other systems that they'd recommend I'd appreciate it.
