Any decent shop/tuner near Buffalo/Rochester?

I have a 2017 GT and I'm itching for a bit of boost. I'm in Ontario and the only shop I would trust with the install is simply too pricey. I'd like to find somebody who could install either a centrifugal SC or TT kit. Not looking for anything too crazy, 600whp is my goal.
On3's new redesigned TT kit has a very attractive starting price and would cost under 6k with the proper supporting fuel mods and some OPG's. I have a 2018 intake I'd like to have installed also.
Any recommendations for an installer and dyno tuner within a couple of hours from the Niagara border?

I forgot to mention, I work with a guy who has an SVT Cobra swapped Marauder that he got tuned in Detroit by Lidio and he swears by him. The shop is Alternative Auto Performance but I don't know if they've dealt with turbo's on the s550.
