Anybody know this car? (ebay find)

Hello folks,

I am looking at the following car as a possible purchase.

Something I can get my hands dirty with to create my dream street-machine.

If anyone is familiar with the car or has any knowledge of the quality of its build I would truly appreciate the input.

I can't offer much insight other than I believe that the seller is wrong in his description of the car by stating the car is a GT, verifiable by its VIN. I believe that a 66 Mustangs VIN could only prove a car as not being a GT if it was not either an A or K code engine, but just because it has one of those engines does not make it a GT. If I am wrong I would appreciate anyone correcting me.

I'm fairly sure that this is true.

By the way, I would probably pass on that one since it is cut up. Thats just me. I would rather have a nice cruiser / street car. If a drag car is what you want then thats a different story.
