How hard is it to turn the wheels now?

Did you replace with manual rack or just modify the power rack?

What belt did you run?

personally, i dont think the weight savings is enough for me to remove the power steering. its bad enough i need to do a 3 point turn around to make a u-turn....unless no cops are around bc thats when i just kick the ass out a little. i cant imagine a stang without powersteering.

there are some nice manual steering racks out there...should look into one of those instead of just ditching the power steering...

I've been considering ditching mine. I can live without it. I would like to know how much weight you save by doing it.

For me its not so much for weight or parasitic drag, but more for cleansing. I hate a cluttered engine bay. Really cant wait to rid myself of the A\C.
