I am wondering what stock #'s are for a 2004 5-speed. No mods at all, not even exhaust. If I get a few I'll average them out to see. Thanks

mid 30's with stock everything. That means I didn't gain any HP from exhaust, cai, udp. And I only gained 10 HP from all that and a tune? doesn't seem right

Different dynos give different results, so does location and the temperature etc.

i was 232 stock... but i was told that mine was high.

BTW i got a 04 gt 5 spd, and she was 100% stock. i did take out the air silencer though. everything else was OEM with 8 or 9k on the clock

MGSTANG Just a thought, I heard that after you install those basic mods like CAI, catback, etc. that the air/fuel ratio tends to run rich, and that tuning it at the dyno usually yields the proper horsepower gains for those mods.

Actually, with a CAI the car leans outif I remember correctly. I am asking because I had 237 w/ those things. And then the Xcal2 gave me 244 total. So I was wondering what I actually had before all that stuff. This was on a Dynojet on an extremly hot day and air temp in the dyno room

We dynoed mine before the blower.

My mods were a Basanni catted X-pipe and a Borla cat-back, and a K&N filter in the stock air box with the snorkle intact.

It was a dynojet...and it had to be at least 100 degrees in the shop...pretty humid too.

223 at the wheels...and it's a 5 speed.
