Wow, it's been a long time since I've last posted...
Anyway, I have the LH floorpan in bad shape (severe corrosion) and knew that re-welding a new pan would eventually be in the future. Right now, it's solid enough with several hours of grinding and neutralizing what was left then fiberglassing the floor for strength (kind of a tempo fix, gets me by).
So, while digging around for rust removers, I came across this stuff:
http://www.evapo-rust.com/
Seems a guy sprayed this stuff on his '69 roadrunner and the rust just dripped off. I'm kinda skeptical, but is this stuff for real? I could forego the rewelding job and just spot weld the holes if I can. Either that or a thinner fabric for another fiberglass re-coat.
