1. They're used.
2. They were replaced cuz they are too subtle
3. 215/215? Is that a stage 1/2? stock 200/209 @ .50
4. Never heard of them, usually not a good thing
5. They're for PI heads, don't assume since they have less lift and duration that it wont conflict with NPI flat top pistons - there's much more to it than that

I am running these cams in my car along with Powerheads race ported heads. I dont like them at all. They dynoed at 264 rwhp/272 rwt un-tuned with the mods in my sig. I have a set of CMS Stage II's sitting in my trunk waiting to replace them.

Yea, there the same specs.I guess I was just expecting more with the combo that I have. Low end power is almost non existent, and top end falls off lower in the RPM's than I would have liked. They sound great though!!

I cant wait to put in the CMS stage 2's to see home much more power they make...hopefully.

well what did you expect? Key word: un-tuned...anytime you upgrade heads/cams a custom tune is mandatoroy

narrow98gt is running them on his pi swaped car, so i guess they will work with npi pistons.

Touche, although i didn't say they wouldn't work. Just said don't assume they will based on lift/duration.

Actually not necessarily. Cams that i've seen work best are directly tailored to the 4.6, even with a certain set-up. This is why VT was so popular for cams. So the stock PI cams' lift/duration/LSA were designed for the head with R&D as well. I have two friends who have had custom ground cams in the past that lost heaps of torque down low and gained hp past 5300rpms but not a whole lot, theoretical powerband for the cams looked like from 6400-7200 actually. One bought new different cams, the other eventually sold the car. I suggest going with what has worked for others - as most people (including me) don't know enough about cam specs or are even know the specs needed to determine the affect the cam has.
