Anyone Know Anything About Mustangs Shipped Out Of Us?

I have a 1970 convertible that I ordered the Emminger invoice from Marti Autoworks. In the "sold to" block it reads " Ford Motor Company; Oversea STFFS RM-A5COB AMER RD; Dearborn MI "
In the "Ship to" block it reads " Central Office Bldg Garage; The American Road, Dearborn, MI"

I attached a pdf of the invoice.

I am trying to figure out what this means... was it as simple as it went to Canada or was it sent overseas to an Armed Forces Service member?

Anyone seen this before?

Unfortunately the door tag was painted over but I have a standard Marti report that gives the door tag data;

I think the DSO is 89 ( Transportation Services Ordering District)
The dealer # is 84280J
