Anyone who's gone through the frustrating chore of trying to find replacement studs for the waterpump accessories......look no further!!!

I wasn't about to plunk down $68.00 for the Windsor Fox bolt set. That's insane!!!

You can pick-up this replacement stud kit for $6.00

Yeah, they're not Stainless Steel, but then again....neither were the stockers. Just use plenty of anti-seize and it shouldn't be a problem if you ever need to pull them again.

I'm getting a price of $11.99 not $6 for that stud kit, which still beats the heck out of the $65.95 for the stainless studs from windsor-fox .

That kit doesn't come with all the studs needed. I ordered it through autozone then ended up returning it after seeing it doesn't include all the studs. Its missing the longest one and 1 or 2 short ones. Some Ford dealerships will have the studs but you WILL pay for them.

The cheapest or even free source for these bolts/studs would be a wrecking yard.
Just hope they don`t break off when removing them.

Ford charges way to much for them.

I was going to go to Kragens today and look at the kit for myself and see if those were all the long bolts because I ran into the same problem at Autozone missing the longest one and 1 or 2 short ones.

I bought those 3 bolts from Ford a few yrs ago, and here are the part #’s along with the price of the bolts for anyone who’s interested. You can always buy all the shorter bolts to the water pump at just about any hardware store.

Personally I'd rather spend $24 for the new bolts just to have that piece of mind knowing that when I tread the bolt in and start to tighten it down that I don't have to worry about it breaking off as compared to an old bolt I just got form a wrecking yard may have a fracture in the bolt that I can’t see and snap off while I'm tighten it up.
But that's just me.
