Is there anyone out there that sells a prebuilt harness for a C4 to AOD swap ? I've rebuilt the stock and AOD harness together a few times for various projects but it seems like my friend I'm helping this time has managed to loose both. It would be easier to just buy a prebuilt one from a vendor then go to a junk yard and then spend time swaping the end plug. I'm geting lazy as I get older and have less time on my hands.... also its not my money......

A quick google search didn't really turn up anything.

as far as i know, the only thing electrical about the AOD is the back up light, and that should be straight forward. if you have an AOD-E though, you can get a full pressure valve body that eliminates the electronic controls.

I know that there are no real electronics inside the trans. I just want a prebuilt harness for the reverse lights and neutral safty switch that has the proper round plug on the trans side and the proper square plug on the chassis connection side. If no one makes it I will order the trans plug from Ford and buy a square plug kit at the local parts house and build one myself. Like I said, I'm getting lazy with age... at least when I'm doing a friends car for free.

Glazier/Nolan has a T5 harness. Perhaps if that won't do, they have one specifically for the AOD.

Just an update. It seems like no one makes the harness I need. I found a connector for the trans side on ebay and had my friend buy it. I am going to build a harness from that this coming weekend. Anyone know where I can get just the 4 pin connector so I can terminate the harness I make with the correct connector for the chassis plug ?
