Do aftermarket longtube headers require a specific header gasket or will the average one I can buy at a auto parts store work? Also I know this is probably impossible but if anyone may know what brand headers these are by the shape of them I’d be happy to know.

Header gaskets fit stock, aftermarket shorties or long tubes, it's more the type of material that is more important, most cheap paper parts store gaskets don't last long, I've used copper ones for years, a little copper spray on both sides and they were still good after 50k. Some just use (I think) copper sealer, no gasket.
more members will chime in with more recommendations, some may say I'm full of cht

Sbf header gaskets with standard port locations are universal. My personal favorite are the cometic mls ones. Trickflow markets a set that are made by them. I’ve reused my set several times and they work great. Only gasket I’ve used that won’t compress at all after initial tightening.
