ATTENTION ALL GUYS WHO BOUGHT AFTERMARKET HEADLIGHTS- (MATTHIASJ and OTHERS)!!!!

i just bought a set of cobra crystal clear headlights from procarparts.com, and i dont have the stock headlights or any of the pieces anymore....so i was wondering from any of teh other guys that bought aftermarket headlights.........do i need to buy these???..........

i still have one from one of the stock corner lights (the one in the pic), but i wanna know if they give you those pieces that screw into the back of the corners when you buy the housings from procarparts......also dont the headlight bulbs just push into the back of the headlight housing, and a little ring goes around it to hold it in???? PLEASE HELP GUYS!!!! i get my lights in the mail tomorrow, and gettin drivent to school everyday is gettin old (after knowing what its like to not be )...thanks in advance cause you guys always come out on top for the best help

I THINK mine came with them, but not for the corners. If you find a place that sells the side ones let me know I need one too.

i don't think mine came with those... just the housing, i reused the stock ones

save them! you need them. you put the bulb into that, then you twist the piece onto the light.

Nah, I didn't even need new bulbs, mine came with bulbs ready to go. The peices you showed are stock..

im not even worried about bulbs cause i got all new ones.....im just worried about having to buy another one of those pieces that i showed a pic of, and the ring that holds in the headlight bulbs...

u got into that accident (i didn't konw u decided to repair) so you lost a lot of this stuff. I doubt any aftermarket headlight come with the actual bulb let alone parts of the harness. all you get is a plastic housing that the bulb fastens on using those things in ur first picture

CORRECT! lol some of these guys i dont think understood my question......all i needed to know was do i needa buy another one of those things in the pic i took cause i have one already??? and do i need to buy the ring that holds in teh headlight bulb (not and electrical piece like teh piece in the pic i took) thanks don jon

I had the same issue. I rebuilt my damaged cobra. I just went to the junk yard and swipe several of them and spliced them into the existing damaged harness wire. All is fine. No problems everything works great. Peace

BlueOvalIndustries sends bulbs with their aftermarket headlights. Contact John at [email protected] , send him the picture of the part, and ask him what he can do. He'll get you everything you need. Tell him that Aaron from Afghanistan sent you, maybe he'll give you a deal or somethin. Hope that helps.

thanks chief.....all i needed was to know if i needed a certain part which i did cause i got the lights in the mail today, and there was no piece......so i went to ford and got it for $10.......ill post pics of the lights installed when this terrential downpour stops....
