I have a 99GT and I have put about 3-4 new fuel pumps in it, and it just makes them go bad, I have no idea what could cause fuel pump failure if anyone knows please help I cannot spend $1000 for a new one which is what I was quoted from Ford. Please help!

How do you KNOW the fuel pump is bad? Tell us what has been done to diagnosis a bad fuel pump. What exactly are the symptoms?
Confirm that you are using the CORRECT fuel pump for your application. You are aware that the 99-04 Model Year uses a variable pulse width DC to control the pump's output. If the wrong fuel pump is used in an FPDM application, the pump will have a short service life. A fuel pump for a 98 or older Mustang will NOT work in a 99+.
I know the fuel pump is bad because Ive taken the car to Ford, had them replace it, fixed the symptoms, they came back, I went back, got a new one from them under warranty, repeated that cycle 2 times after. I know its a free replacement but I cant keep going back.
