Alright heres the situation. I have no smog, ac, and soon to be no p/s. I'm converting over to f/r setup. Now how would I route the belt with just the crank, alt. and water pump. Is the only solution buying a water pump thats not reverse rotation? Thanks

Well march sell a alt bracket and power steering delete kit. About 90 bucks for both. That is what I used on my coupe. I have the same f/r rack and shaft, no a/c and no smog.

You can also get the tensioner off of certain Ford trucks that is the same as the mustang one but tensions the other way. You can retain the reverse rotation pump. I have actually heard of poeple having coolong problems by switching to the standard rotation pump but I have never tried it personally. I also know that you can reclock the stock tensioner and do the same thing but again I have never done it nor have I been able to locat any good info on how to do it. I do know its possible because I have seen it done so somebody on here knows how to do it Im sure. That would be your most economical method.
