If you are talking grease, Valvoline Full Synthetic is good because it contains the molybdenum disulfide that Ford specifies for their front suspensions in a lithium base. It works great for farm machinery too!

Moly-Fortified Gray Full Synthetic Grease - Valvoline™ Global

Valvoline™ Full Synthetic Moly-Fortified Grease is Valvoline's best automotive grease. Formulated with full synthetic base oil, moly and other premium additives to provide the ultimate performance from high loads and extreme temperatures (-40°F to 400°F).

Thank you, I will remember that. I should have been more clear. I was looking for spray lubricants.

That is a good question that I can't answer. I don't know. Have owned the car for 2 years. Everything looks fairly old. My. Mechanic told me everything seems good and tight. I am guessing rubber.

Silicone spray is usually chosen for rubber bushings. Spray it on heavy and allow it to soak in.

How can a person tell if bushings are rubber or poly? I. Believe they are original 1971.
