do yourself a favor and get urself a set of HIDs for about 30% more money....these "projector" pale in comparison to an actual HID kit...pm SRT_Handz (i think thats how his name appears) about where he got his kit...ive seen them for about ~$450

these projector headlights ur talking about really do not look correct when installed on a mustang

however if u insist, u can head over to mrbodykit.com and pic up a set for 370 dollars

i had the projectors on my car for about a year and the actual light output was = to stock. They looked ok but not as good as the clear cobra's i switched to. I may also step up to those HID bulbs. They do make a difference.

The bad thing about those HID kits are that they aren't DOT legal..

from the pictures that srthandz and TP have posted the light output looks far superior to stock with upgraded bulbs. My daily driver has HID's so when i drive my mustang its a major downgrade for night driving. I think i might give the HID kit a shot.

I think that I might give it a try also.

You wouldn't advise usuing the bulbs that come in the kit from www.hidplace.com?

I've had projectors for about 5 months now and at least with mine the light output is better than stock. I got them on eBay for about $180 shipped the brand is called Eagle Eyes.

I just installed some Hid lights and love them. They are 10 times better than stock especially if you live in the county and have no street lights on the roads. I got mine from xenondepot.com for $289 and didnt have a problem. The install took me two hours.

Ya I'm not big on the projectors but a brighter HID wold help alot in my rural area. No blue or purple tint, just a brighter whiter light. And for $200- $300 and an hours time ya cant go wrong.

Where I live and drive its rural, not many street lights. The headlights on my car suck compared to the other vehicles Ive driven. . Im not going for a blue or purple tint, but if I can improve my headlights I'm all for it. Hell my aunt bought a minivan and it came with HID. Its a better headlight, and if it helps keep me from getting in an accident its well worth the price. And if you call it rice, well thats your problem. Would you rather I put on some 6 inch KC Daylighters that put out 165watts and 385,000 candle power. I'll just need a brush gaurd to mount 'em to. Dont think the one on my 73 K20 will fit a Mustang.
