all i hear night and day is "MGW FTW" when it comes to shifters.....

......I still pimp the Pro 5.0 and am very satisfied

I used a Tri-Ax on my GT for the past 3 years and I still love it

I went with MGW back when they had the "blues" and the "reds". Now I think they are all "orange" (compromise between the blue and the red). I like it. Haven't every owned another brand. I really like the pistol grip knob I got from them too.

Ha, that is one of the few pics I've seen of a mustang with a shifter where the Inner shift boot isn't cut to Crapola.

i think the mgw doesnt have as good of a feel. the tri-ax "clicks" into place and the centers itself better than the MGW. the 2-3 shift is easier on the tri-ax as well.

i also think the opposite of you, i think the MGW has a longer throw than the tri-ax (i have the orange handle)

I used to have a B&M and liked it. I then went to an MGW and honestly, it felt about the same IMHO. I will admit that I only have about 1k on it and hear that it needs to break in good but.....
