sounds like you have a wire grounding out or your blinker fluid is low

check your hazard light switch. In many cars the signal lights are wired through the hazard switch and if that switch gets dirty or goes bad then it takes out the signals and hazards. Depending on the car i have even seen a bad hazard switch take out brake lights!

I accually got them fixed, went to an autopart store and found an open manual and looked at wiring diagrams and lighting. Found out mine had 2 different flashers on it, I was clueless cause my hazards still worked but no blinkers. I checked the blinker flasher and it didnt work so I bought a new flasher, Now they work. It takes a few seconds for them to come on though.
