What did you guys mean when you are saying that mod4.6 are known to blow or spit spark plug????? Because last year, my car started to make a strange heavy knocking noise while I was rolling!!! So I stoped it as soon as I heard it!!! anyways long story short, I brought it to the warranty's shop and they told me that one spark plug was uncorrectly screw and that the piston hit it, there was no damage to the piston that they had to remove the head send it to a micihnist and its going to cost me 2000$$$......I took the car ot of there and fixed it myself (just put another spark plug and changed the cop(drove 2000 miles like that)).....Where they trying to "screw" me because I clearly remember the mech unsrewing the spark plus with his ratchet!!! And how can a spark plug not tight enough can be hit by the piston????? The **** is now its springtime and I have to get the car out of storage and Im starting to have nightmare about blown spark plug and broken head...... Those who had there plug spit from the motor where they really out of it???? Help me before I go tell a psy about my spark plug nightmare!!!!!
