My starters have always been grounded by the two bolts that mount it to the block. Starter ground

It should be a standard U.S. thread pitch though and they are universally sized.

(In case you aren't familiar with thread classifications)
Example: 1/4-20UNC-2A x 3

1/4" = major diameter of the threads
20 = thread pitch (number of "threads per inch")
UNC = unified national course (this pitch is considered course for the 1/4" diameter thread)
2 = class 2 fit when mated (1=loose 2=medium 3=tight)
A = external/male thread (A=external B=internal)
3 = length of thread (or from the underside of the screw head to the end of the screw

Hope that helps a little

All i remember is it is fine thread. Can you take the starter off and take it with you to find the bolt size.
