They came out with the "boss" model but it was nothing special just stickers there were no special mods done to them like the saleen or steeda. If I remember correctly most of the "boss" models are v6's I think.
I've only seen 2 Boss's and they were both V8's but yeah i think he is right about only stickers and they may came stock with side exhaust.. Not sure about the second part
Are you all forgetting about the 95 orange boss prototype car??? It had a V10 and I believe 700 HP there is a video on the net of it smoking the tires on a track through 5th gear. I'll try to find it. I think there was only 1 or 2 made though.
The V10 was a concept car only. Ford did come out with a line of Boss mustangs which were basically GT mustangs with side exhaust, 3.55 gears and a sticker package.
