Nice! But don't be one of those ass hats that goes out in their corvette and runs 14s. So sad and so common.

At first, I saw it's a 50th anniversary car and I was trying to figure out what year that makes it. They didn't produce a corvette in 1983... so I'm sorry but you actaully have a 49th anniversary car. Should have bought a 2004.

WOW...very nice choice. I was back and forth between a C5 Z06 and my current 03 cobra....vettes are awesome cars and it was a tough choice for me!

How many miles on her? Looks bone stock too!

Oh and when are the videos coming up?

Congrats, those are awesome cars.

I got to drive a few C5 Z06's and it was the most incredible car I have ever driven.

It has an ls6 if you are referring to the engine.

thanks for the all the positive replies guys. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive.

Here is the performance that is commonly posted, as always, each magazine will vary. Usually the standing quarter mile is around 12.1, though quite a few drivers have gone 11's bone stock with stock tires. Trap speeds are generally in the 114-117mph area. HP is rated at 405hp, most put down 355-365rwhp stock. The m12 tranny is a little steeper than the m6 in the standard c5's. Everything from the thinner window glass, wheels, to titanium exhaust is geared to be lightweight. I'm just ecstatic about the car right now.

Thanks Chris! It was a long time coming. In the end, I couldn't get myself to squeeze the trigger on an frc that is older with no ls6

oh goodness, Maddox, I don't even know where to start. Actually, the car will be stock until January. I'll be traveling a bit and work is very busy. If anything, it will get a varamm(ram air kit, works amazing on these cars) and a set of LT's in Feb. I won't be making any passes in it either. I don't have time to have the car down for breakage. It will get to the track, just not right now...
