Brake Lights, Directional, and Emergency lights do not work.

Taillights, headlights, map lights, and 3rd brake light works.

Suggestions?

Check your Manual for all related fuse locations and see if any are blown.

Well I wiggled the Emergency Flasher Switch around a bit. After several pushes of the button, some pulling and tugging all lights started to work. Perhaps it was a bad connection to the switch? Dirty contact? Loose wire? In any case all is working as it should right now. Might need to replace the flasher switch. Is this hard to do?

The Multi-Function switch(on steering column) is most likely your problem. The contacts in them corrode easily over time. If your fairly mechanical you can take it apart and clean the contacts, and put a little die-eletric grease on them. I have repaired a couple this way before. Or you can just replace the whole switch and be done with it. You can find them on Ebay fairly cheap.
