can i use a stock foxbody MAF sensor on a 95 gt?

can i use a stock foxbody maf sensor on a 95gt? my friend gave me his stock one and i was wondering if i can use it in place of my stock sensor, which went bad.

Yes you can use it if its calibrated for the injectors you're gonna use.

But you may have problems with fitment to the stock air tube and air filter.

No one has 100% confirmed whether or not it will fit well.

You may be able to reuse your housing, and just put the new MAF sensor in the existing housing.

i think the fox guys get your MAF's and TB's. i think our MAF's are 58MM and yours are 70mm..?? kind of goin backwards, no? (im not real sure of the numbers, so no flames please).

yes but the fox 58 has no bar inside of it blocking that opening


i agree it doesnt flow as much though.

if you werent in california, i would give you mine. it is just sitting here

i just wanna swap the sensor, not the whole meter itself. i can still do th is right? a new sensor costs like 90 bucks, and i got this one for free
