I bought some MGW handles from Stang Mods on ebay. The problem is I was suppose to get a shifter gasket set with each handle but I didn't. and also He wanted $14 for shipping for 1 handle and if I won both he wanted $18 for both to be shipped. I got the package today and the cost of shipping was $4.95 and it took pretty well 2 weeks. He could have shipped it way faster for the shipping charges I gave him. And I didn't get any shifter gaskets WTF. And another thing is he held my feedback hostage so what should I do.

A) report him for false watcha ma call it..
B) kick his ass
C) you can leave bad feedback as well..

email him tell him the situation and how you feell.. add onto the end that if you he doesn't reply in 3 days you will contact the ebay

yep i know.. i was saying he doesn't really have the upper hand.. a buyer always does.. kinda like if you cream someone in the back or if you get creamed in the back in a wreck.. the person who gets wrecked into is always the victim unless its a rare circumstance

the auction clearly stated that both would come with gasket and u didnt recieve them. tell him that u didnt get the gasket and would like them for no extra cost cause u already payed for them. if he doesnt send them then contact ebay. make sure u have proof of what was in the boxes when u got them.(pics)

The gasket's you can complain about... but the shipping you can't. It was clearly stated and you agreed to it by paying. In shipping charges, they basically get all their listing fees and final value fees, paypal fees, in that total. It's like complaining about buying a set of AFR 185s on Ebay for 5 bucks brand new, and them stating shipping is 1400 dollars... You gotta read before buying.

I would email him about the gaskets and see what his response it.

Kinda sucks about the shipping but that is the way alot of people make their money on eBay. Low selling prices but outrageous shipping. Personally I think that the shipping price is more than it should be but in the end you agreed to it. Still sux.

If you can't get any satisfaction on the gaskets I would take it up w/ebay and see what they will do and if worst comes to worst leave negative or neutral feedback cause you haven't gotten what you paid for.
