Hello, I am new to the forum so I am sorry if my problem is posted elsewhere, I just couldn't find it. I have a 1989 Mustang GT that had been running great. The problem came on all of a sudden and has just gotten worse. It started when driving at a steady speed the car would seem to hiccup. Soon thereafter it would stumble like heck during acceleration. When the car is cold it runs good but when it gets warm it goes back to its old tricks. I cannot drive the car anymore due to the way it behaves. About 4 months prior to the problems starting I had replaced the cats and O2 sensors. The car still has all of the emissions on it and is still stock. When I pull the codes I get 12, 33 41 and 91. Fuel pressure is at 40 psi with vacuum unplugged and vacuum is 17 inches at idle. I check the ground for the o2 sensors and it is good. The egr valve seems good and will open and close with a vacuum. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
