Next, pull codes and pickup a new IAC sensor gasket so that you can pull, inspect, and clean the one you have.

After that, I might recommend a base idle reset but you should do the other things, first.

Instead of my usual “wtf don’t people list what all has been done to the car so we can begin to help” I’m just going to ask what has been done to the car. I am doubting the motor is stock so spill the beans here. Also isn’t on a stock ECU and if so is it chipped and if not the stock ECU what is it?

.30 over stock heads with 1.76 roller rockers and original ecu stock ignition

Doubt it's the coil. They are usually either good or bad (completely DOA). When did the issues start, did it start after the cam install?

Any codes? What's the TPS voltage at idle and WOT? Timing?
