Ok guys.. i checked with the property my business is in but unfortunately a high school already has the spot reserved.. sooo.. Lonestar performance in Garland is willing to let us borrow their hose/water and some buckets. Lonestar performance is located off the corner of Forest Ln and Jupiter in Garland.(3601 forrest ln.) I was thinking we have the car wash from 9am to 1pm.. later if people keep coming.
What I need is a list of people who will be attending and if you are going to come help wash the cars or just come have your car washed or both. If you are coming just to hang out, please donate what you can to help. I will spread the word around to different forums both domestic and Import.
This relief fund isn't about domestics or imports.. its about doing something for a great cause. if you have a grudge with the shop or any people attenting, please don't let that keep you from attending!! At the end I will collect all the funds and post a grand total.. then i will personally go donate to the Red Cross or a reputable company and get a receipt.
Some guys on Dfwstangs are going to be putting on a carwash to try and do something to support hurrican Katrina victims. Just passing it on. I'm going to try and make it myself.
