So I recently purchased a 93 mustang Gt without the motor, it had the t-5 and computer with all the wiring. I looked around and found a motor off of an 89 Gt 5 speed also. I got it in and got all the wiring hooked up, and the car cranks but won't start. I checked compression and spark and everything checks out. In order to get the fuel pump to come on I have to pretty much ground the relay by using a test light. I checked all my ground wires and everything looks to be hooked up. When I do ground it there is fuel going to the motor. I was wondering if anyone knew what things I should check for or is it a computer issue based on the year differences. Anything helps. Thanks.
