I bought a set of GT takeoff seat covers from Casco off ebay. $80 for all three seat covers + headrest covers + foam, I couldnt pass it up. My plan was to store them and have them for replacement someday if I ever had an interior booboo. Now Im thinking about installing them now just for something to work on.

I know a can of silicone spray helps to snake them on, but has anyone done this mod, and are thier any tips on making the process easier?

Its a cool 72 degrees in my computer room, this may just be all talk once I go into the gates of hell (my garage). The heat has a way of making me lose interest real fast.

I replaced pass side back upright seat cover in my GT due to a misbuild on my car and tired of waiting on the dealer to get things right.

It took about 5 mins to remove the incorrect cloth cover and about 30 mins to get the new leather one on. Biggest issue is that it fits so tight it is hard to get the clasp connected. But after you do the first one, the rest should go quicker once you know what you are doing.

hey! ok heres a quick picture of what they look like finished:

do you see under the headrests the plastic clips? you have to pop those off, and then you are able to push both sides of the retaining pins in and then the headrests pull right off!!
any other questions just give me a shout!!!

pop them off how? Do they slip out or do you have to force them?
