How do you know when to replace the charcoal canister? I have the line that runs from the gas tank still connected but the other side of the canister is vented to atmosphere. When I went to open the gas cap to fuel up I had alot of hissing sound come from the tank (more than normal) as if I had alot of pressure built up inside the tank.
