bought mine on e-bay..do you have an automatic cutoff switch for the heater if not you might want to consider getting one it will turn the heater off at a set bottle pressure i have mine set to turn off at 1050 psi.....and any brand heater for a 10 lb. bottle will work...
heres a pressure switch, but if you look you can find a cheaper one....and believe me this one in the link is worth every penny i paid about $50 for mine with the fittings..
i think that no matter which way you wanna go, its gonna cost ya $100. i woiuld just try to google it and see if there is a new/cheap company. your gonna gonna use it occasionally anyway.
Alright, so I have looked at all 3 links. You veterans probably know that you need a certain amount of warmth for a certain amount of time and BAM ...ready to go without all that pressure vlalve $hit. So how long do yu have to leave the warmer on b4 liftoff..and which one will do the trick??
you need a pressure guage and when the pressure reaches approx 1050 you are ready to go. with a full bottle you will have only about 900 lbs of pressure the heater will heat the bottle causing the gasses to expand thus raising the pressure...without the heater and guage to monitor the pressure you will not run effieciently enough to reach full obtainable horse power.in my opinion running nitrous without a proper heater, pressure guage and pressure cutoff switch is a waste of money...heres a pic below the pressure switch is above the pressure guage and its wired from a switch to a relay and the power source is coming off my amp wire...spend the extra money its well worth it to flip a switch and 10 mins later you are ready to run and the pressure switch will heat to proper pressure automatically....believe me when you are at the track you do not need to continuously monitor your bottle and flip switches on and off and/or hope you are at the right pressure you have enough on your mind to worry about this kinda thing and also with a half full bottle a warming pad from walmart will never heat the bottle enough to reach 1050 lbs....
