Mine didn't come with hardware. Just run down to the auto store and pick up a few packages of those little plastic push in pieces.

Mach 1 Chin Spoiler Installation Instructions

Note: Please read, review, and understand the provided installation instructions before starting the installation of the chin spoiler. If you dont you do risk damage to your front fascia as well as the destruction of your chin spoiler!

Parts Needed for Install:
Chin Spoiler
Push Pin Fasteners (10)

Tools Required for Installation:
Masking tape or Duct Tape
Drill
1/4” Drill Bit

’94-’04 Mach 1 Chin Spoiler Install

1. Raise front of vehicle using ramp, hoist, or by using a jack with jackstands. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THIS IF YOU ARE NOT USING JACKSTANDS! SERIOUS INJURY CAN RESULT!

2. Take the chin spoiler and line it up flush with the edge of the wheel well. Tape the Chin Spoiler in place so that it stays and you can drill the holes that will be used for the push pin fasteners that will hold the spoiler in place.

3. Once the chin spoiler is taped into place, check fit along front edge.

Note: Chin Spoiler will be flush with the fascia for about 4 to 5” from wheel opening then it goes behind the leading edge of the fascia.

4. When Spoiler is evenly spaced on fascia, drill ¼” holes into fascia at each Chin Spoiler screw location. Insert pushpin fasteners into the fascia to secure the chin spoiler to the fascia. It’s easiest to insert them right after you drill.

5. Remove tape.

6. Flaunt your car.

got it on. its flush to the bottom of the bumper but its not at all flush to the front edge. in the middle its back like 1.5 inches on the bottom of the bumper, the website did say that it would not be as flush to the front edge on a cobra bumper. but it looks sick, i think it looks better that way. springs are supposed to arrive wednesday and go on saturday and its gonna look amazing, i cant wait.

When you drill the holes, make sure you get rid of the burrs that come from when you drill them. Just clear them as you go. They can cause gaps between your bumper and the spoiler - I know.
