I was given some of this crap, and stupit as I am used it. I followed the instructions to the letter. Now I have spent two days trying to buff this white crap off my car. No shine, dull, looks like someone poured candle wax over my little red GT. I threw the bottle away, I know it is sold at Auto Zone and Walgreens.

Does anyone have any information on this product so I can file a complaint with the BBB?

i would go to a store where you can get body supplies from, and buy some first clean. it'll take the wax off easily. unfortunately it wont choose what wax to take off, so it'll take off the new with the old, and you'll have to wax the car again.

its first clean by dupont, think 3900s the number for it.

Dawn is strong stuff, always worked for me and it's cheap and easy to find.

Ditto on the Dawn. Just remember though, Dawn will take off everything and you'll have to start from scratch....which in your case you'll probably want to do anyway.

eh i dunno if dawn will work as good as the first clean. it'll do similar, but first clean is designed to remove wax and grease and etc.

Careful with the "first clean" it is bad for plastics, door seals, and the like. Read and fallow the directions.

Almost forgot, dawn will not remove synthetic polishes like Zaino, and you must use the simple low cost bottle. Don't use dawn that contains any additives, just get the plain dawn. The additives can cause hazing and residue.

It's a cheap solution that should work well..
