I want to tap into this for my clock pod gauges but I need to know which wire is the 12v, the ground, and the one that turns the light in the clock on with the head lights. So if anyone has a schematic of the harness if they could post it up or list the wires and their purpose that would be GREAT!!!

Thanks a lot!

I dont have a schematic, but if you have a voltage meter, you could find out which is which.

You should not even be doing any wiring without a volt meter.
But when I get home I will look at how I did mine and then let you know.

I do have a voltmeter, I just did not know where it was at the time I posted because my dad was at work, and I had no idea where he put it

Ok here is how I did mine.
Black is ground.
I wired a red wire to fuse box for water temp power. And I ran a wire to the sendor thru the fire wall then up to the gauge.
The wires from the clock you need are:
1) A gray wire with red stripe it goes to the white wire on your gauge light
This is your light for the gauges and you will be able to dim them with your dash lights and you can use it for 2 gauges with a Y connection.

2) A gray wire with a purple stripe is the power wire for the oil pressure gauge. I ran another wire thru the fire wall for the oil sendor.
