i have a 99 gt and it my clutch is going. i was wondering if i should get the factory clutch assembly or if there is a quality aftermarket clutch that would be better?
A lot of people say to just get the stock clutch again. I got an FRPP HD clutch, I think it bites harder than stock. I really like it.
The research I did kept me away from Spec (seemed hit or miss with people), Centerforce seemed good, FRPP King Cobra was sometimes hit or miss (burning up in a few months), RAM and McCleod both recommended but expensive.
FRPP HD and FRPP King Cobra differ in the clutch material or something. I never really found out the difference. King Cobra is more like stock pedal feel, HD is a little harder.
