Ok, no dyno results yet, but what a differece the CMCV delete makes. Had a friend install them in about 1 hr including a 15min cool down period. Then a couple more minutes to upload Doug's new 93 race tune.

There is good increase in torque in the low in and mid range and drops off a little around 6K. It's extremely easy to spin the rear wheels now.

Doug's 93 Race tune is crisper than ever. I'm continually amazed how good this man can tune a 3V Mustang!!

Ended up getting the CMCV from Late Model Restortion for $139.95. Good old Steeda now owns the rights to this product and of course boosted the price from ~$89 to 140.00.

Still this a good deal.

Thanks, Dewman

Hi guys, I just purchased the Steeda economy plates on ebay for $100. I love Ebay! Anyway, How difficult are they to install and are there any special tools that are needed? I hate surprises during installation and need some first hand knowledge on this. I have an 07 Cervini C-300 with MSD Coil on plugs, MMR CAI, MMR TB, Jba shortys, Magnaflow X-pipe and Catback, SCT Livewire tuner w/ custom tune from Brenspeed and one from Bamachips on the way. Mustang dyno 285hp and 291tq with 20's. Thanks!!

Thanks Green Machine that was super helpful. I think I'll try the installation very soon. I must get a torque wrench first. Later

I did find that, but thank you. I'm sure that'll help others. I was, however, looking for the tech thread mentioned earlier that shows to gut your OEM ones.
